Retreats
On a regular basis we organise 1-7 day healing retreats in various locations. These retreats are to help individuals focus on their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. We provide a nurturing and supportive environment, where individuals can engage in activities such as meditation, Spinal Flow Technique, healthy eating, nutritional education, bush walks, mindset and other personal growth activities.
I'm also available for collaboration with other practitioners assisting them at their retreats.
